About Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations about our designs, the use of our website, the purchase of our products both online and in-person at events, the handling of shipment and other aspects of the business. By accessing our website and placing an order online, as well as purchasing products in-person at events, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
"We", "our", "us" is used in reference to Simona Todorova as a Belgian-registered company, operating also with the commercial name Monn's Atelier.

1. General Conditions
The presentation of our products via digital imagery is done with a high level of effort to be as accurate as possible to the physical product. Slight variations between the imagery of the products and the actual physical products may occur in terms of color, size, design, or other visual aspects.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, images, videos, branding, logo, graphics and text is the exclusive property of Simona Todorova - the founder and owner of Monn's Atelier. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.
3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Simona Todorova reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the update date noted at the top. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Changes to Products and Prices
Simona Todorova reserves the right to add, modify, and/or discontinue any product without notice. This applies to all products. Prices for products are subject to change at any time.
5. Orders and Payment Terms
Your order is considered accepted once we receive your payment and send you a digital B2C invoice via email to the email address you provide at checkout. Due to the payment processing times, you may receive this email a few days after placing an order on our website. All payments must be received in full before the order is processed. Your personal and payment information is always securely processed. Simona Todorova reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
For online purchases on this website we accept payments via: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
For in-person purchases at events and markets we accept payments via: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, Union Pay, JBC, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.
For orders of 25 of each item (type and design) or above, Simona Todorova reserves the right to contact the customer and inquire from them the reason for this purchase, as well as the right to not accept / cancel the order.
6. Currency
All prices on our website and at our booth at in-person events are displayed in euro €, and all transactions will be processed in this currency.
7. Shipping and Returns
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for details on processing times, delivery methods, shipping, returns and refunds.
8. Delivery Issues and Returns
If a delivery is delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by you as the customer, Simona Todorova cannot be held responsible.
We can process return and refund requests only for orders placed online via this website. The process is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
We do not accept returns, nor do refunds, for products purchased in-person at our booth at events and markets.
9. Limitation of Liability
Simona Todorova is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
