EU WITHDRAWAL FORM
In compliance with the EU Directive 2023/2673, Monn's Atelier provides the form below which you can fill in to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal as a EU customer (also referred to as the "cooling-off period").
What is the 14-day right of withdrawal? You, as a EU customer, have the right to return an order you have placed with us within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the deadline of the 14th day falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
Important: if you decide to cancel and return a product / products within this 14-day period, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost.
